Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
Proverbs 16-18
We feel proud when we‘re called Christians, it makes us think
we’re apart from the world, we feel sanctified by God, and we
believe we have to keep ourselves far away, so far away as we
can from those that from one reason or other, walked away
from church and returned to sin, we call them: “backsliders”
We say: How could they do that? We just don’t understand!
They definitely are not like us! They are lost!
But.. Does God forget the fallen ones?
No! I don’t think so! Listen:
“If a man looses a sheep, doesn’t he leave the ninety nine alone
and go find the lost one?” Mathew 8-12.
“ I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was
driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will
strengthen that which was sick, but I will destroy the fat and the
strong; I will feed them with judgment.” Ezekiel 34-16.
Jesus raises the fallen ones! Listen:
“Jesus asked a disabled man: Would you like to be whole?
Lord he answered, when the water is moving ready to heal,
I cannot find anybody to place me in the water, there is always
somebody ahead of me!
And Jesus told him: Take your bed and go!
And from that very moment, the man was healed.” John 5-7.
The prodigal son was forgiven after all he did!
God is the Father, and we are the prodigal son!
For that reason: Lift your fallen hands, and affirm your weak
knees; make straight ways for your feet so the lame don’t get
out the road; and be healed.” Hebrews 12 -12.
Look that you won’t despise any of these little ones; because the
Son of man came to save that which was lost, further more, …
“There is more rejoice in heaven for the lost sheep that was found
than for the other ninety nine that have never left.”
Stand up! Raise, and follow Jesus! Remember:
If when you accepted Jesus you opened your heart to Him…
Don’t worry, He is still there waiting for you!
Don’t take too long!
PRAISE HIM HE LOVES YOU!
